Live status

A public status page is being stood up. Until it is live, this page is the honest answer rather than a dashboard that always reads green.

What monitoring covers

• Daily record checks. Every monitored domain, once a day.
• Report ingestion. Aggregate reports are received and parsed as mailbox providers send them.
• Alerts. Sent on state change only.

If something looks wrong

Two states are easy to confuse and we try hard to keep them apart. No data means no report has arrived, which is itself worth investigating. All passing means reports arrived and everything in them passed. If your dashboard shows one and you expect the other, email support@watchdmarc.com.

Planned work

Anything that will interrupt checks or alerts is emailed to account owners in advance.
