Terms of service
Plain terms for a monitoring subscription. If something here is unclear, ask before you buy rather than after.
The subscription
WatchDMARC is billed monthly in advance. Prices are on the pricing page and are per company, not per client account. Your plan sets a maximum number of monitored domains. Reaching it stops you adding more; it never stops monitoring a domain you already have.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time. Monitoring continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. We do not pro-rate partial months. Stored report data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
If you uninstall from your CRM
Uninstalling removes our access to your CRM immediately and stops any alerts that were routed through it. It does not by itself cancel your subscription, because the two are separate: you may keep monitoring and receive alerts by email. If the install was the billing owner, we cancel the subscription and email the account owner to say what was removed and what was retained.
Acceptable use
Monitor domains you own or are authorised to manage. Do not use the checker to enumerate other people's infrastructure, and do not script the free checker. It is rate limited, and persistent abuse gets the address blocked.
What we do not promise
We report what your DNS records and aggregate reports say. We do not promise inbox placement, a delivery rate, or that following our advice will stop mail being filtered. Authentication is one input to those outcomes and not the only one.
Liability
WatchDMARC is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business arising from email that was not delivered. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms we will email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
